Not only did they complete the work with professionalism, skill, and kindness, but they also came in just under the original estimate—proof positive to me that fairness and honesty are at the heart of this company. They repaired our gas line and, in the process, discovered and fixed a leak inside the house. Their crew was hardworking, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire job. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of—if anything, I was treated better than fair. Living in Midland, I can honestly say Odessa is fortunate to have a company like this in their community. Not only do they respond quickly, they communicate with you, make the necessary repairs, know what they’re doing, but they also explain the problem and solution to you in layman terms.
